Mortgage Company Branding:
Objectives And Delivery

We produced a full branding to this forward thinking Southern California Mortgage Company. With an annual net income over a billion a year, and a consumer base that needed a brand to comfortably guide them into a loan. We decided to define the brand with three words. Warmth, Trust, and Security.

Due to the industries lackluster servicing and post bail-out memories, the brand pushes through by providing extremely friendly servicing and consumer interaction. The last element was the proper branding. Even during the post-pandemic world, the company has broken goals and increased it staff by +1000 employees, and its still growing. We’re glad to have been a helping hand.

All the graphics, typography, and design elements were given careful consideration to represent the qualities that would help a consumer sense the warmth and trust that a mortgage brand needs. Also as a bonus, I designed the internal company mascot, Gerome the AmeriGnome!

AmeriHome Mortgage is a billion dollar annual revenue company, that was looking for a rebranding for a possible acquisition. We built the brand to attract the attention of investors the ended up being the acquisition that happened by Western Alliance Bank in 2021. It was great to help this company grow to a household name.
